This Privacy Policy applies to Enercom X, the Enerac iOS/iPadOS app for supported Enerac M700 analyzers.

Data Collection

Enercom X does not collect personal information from users. The app does not require an account, does not ask you to sign in, and does not transmit user data to Enerac servers.

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials are collected by the app.
• No location data is collected by the app.
• No advertising identifiers are collected or used.
• No analytics, tracking, or profiling tools are included in the app.
• No crash reports or diagnostic data are sent to Enerac by the app.

Bluetooth and Analyzer Data

Enercom X uses Bluetooth to connect to supported Enerac M700 analyzers and to display, configure, save, or export analyzer readings at your direction. Analyzer readings and app-generated files are processed on your device and are not sent to Enerac unless you choose to share them.

Files and Sharing

Enercom X may allow you to save readings or export files using iOS sharing options such as Mail, AirDrop, cloud storage, or other apps installed on your device. When you choose to share a file outside Enercom X, the destination service or app may process that information under its own privacy policy.

Support Requests

If you contact Enerac for support by email, phone, website form, or another method outside the app, Enerac may receive the contact information and issue details you choose to provide. That information is used to respond to your request and is not collected automatically by Enercom X.

Third-Party Services

Enercom X does not include third-party advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking services.

Children’s Privacy

Enercom X is intended for professional use with Enerac analyzers and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

Enerac may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s features or data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
