The Enerac 3000 Series of Compliance Analyzers are equipped with an automatic temperature control systems that maintains, and documents that the NO filter and sensor's temperature are maintained below 30 Degrees Centigrade to avoid uncontrollable zero drift. PROBE - SAMPLE CONDITIONING OPTIONS

EMISSIONS PROBE

For Proper NO2 and SO2 Readings, the Standard Emissions Probe contains a battery operated Permeation Drier (40 CFR 60, Appendix A Method 6C Sec. 5.1.5)
24"L. X 3/8" OD. Inconel probe with Hastelloy X sintered filter and ½" deflector mounted on permeation drier housing. Probe housing connects to instrument via a 10 ft. Viton 50 deg. F.@ 600 cc/min. (Natural gas fuel @ 0% oxygen).

VELOCITY-EMISSIONS PROBE (VEP) ASSEMBLY


(OPTIONAL)

To meet the Performance Requirements of EPA's Method 2, the VEP option is available.
Three part 316 stainless steel detachable welded assembly. Consists of 3/8" OD sample probe with sintered filter, two sections of 3/16" S type pitot tube and sheathed type K thermocouple.
Standard length 17". (Specify desired size of optional length).
Max. Continuous temperature: 1700 deg. F.

ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONS & FACTORY ASSISTANCE

RS-232 PORT

9 Pin - RS-232c port (switch selectable DTE or DCE ), 300-9600 (1200 default) baud, user selectable, half duplex, 1 start bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity.

TELEPHONE PORT

Internal 1200 baud modem connects to a modular phone line for remote communication. (A 50 word command set sends instructions to the unit for remote control and troubleshooting)

ANALOG OUTPUTS

Eight analog outputs, 0-5 VDC, of the following parameters: stack temperature, ambient temperature, oxygen, combustibles, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide.

SOFTWARE

ENERCOM for Windows(TM) software. 3 1/2" diskette includes MONITOR, ALARMS, FUEL PROGRAMMING, BAR GRAPHS and LINE PLOTS including CUMULATIVE PLOTS of mass emissions. It calculates emission averages, Standard Deviations, identifies Min and Max values. All data is saved in a variety of common formats for use directly in commercially available spreadsheets.

AUTOMATIC - DOCUMENTED QA/QC
To provide continuous protection against the most common sources of sensor performance variability, many of the most significant QA/QC features of the Enerac 3000E are activated even when the EPA's Test Method procedures are not fully followed.

NO SENSOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL
(Automatic) To avoid sensor zero drift, which is a function of the interaction between the temperature (Arrhenius Law), and the NO sensor's previous exposure history, the temperature of the NO sensor is nominally kept at 25 Degrees Celsius (See CTM-022 Secs. 2.3.1. and 7.2.1.)
